Hot shop alert: Love Frankie

July 7, 2010 by · 1 Comment

Oh, Brighton, with these children’s fashion delights you are really spoiling us. Yes, I’ve uncovered yet another fabulous shop just a stone’s throw from my house – hurrah for where I live! Love Frankie is a delightfully quirky label comprising the kitsch stylings of mum-of-one Johanna Franks. You’ll find shift dresses in bright print fabrics with big button, ribbon and pocket details from £26 and these super-cute appliqued tees (above) for £14.95. Accessorise with a clashing or coordinating bandana bib, £6, and a sweet little corduroy bag, £9.50 – what poppet wouldn’t love swinging one of these around?

For us grown-up girls there are lampshades and cushions and the store also stocks items of gorgeousness that complement the collection, from Pigeon’s divine vintage fabric owls and birds to PiP Studio‘s delectable floral bedding, via a host of retro accessories. We definitely Love Frankie!
