We Love…PO.P All-One PJ’s

The boyf and I are big fans of Swedish childrenswear store Polarn O.Pyret. They don’t sell online (a crying shame) and so they’re only on the high street with some concessions in House of Fraser. I looked at the bambino prancing around in her love heart sleepsuit from Christmas 08 and I realised that it had lasted a year! This is fantastic, considering that she’s extra tall for her 2.5 years and it’s a size 1.5-2 years. Generously sized anyway, the key is in the cuffs on the sleeves and ankles, which you can fold up or down to suit and they give them a bit of a retro jumpsuit vibe, plus most of them are made from soft organic cotton.
Available in several colours and various prints veering between stripes, cute hearts, dogs, and trains, and more eclectic options, they’re normally £22 and are reduced in the sale at the moment to £15, although word has it they’re flying out the door, although they will be getting new styles in. They come in sizes from 56-104 with the smaller sizes having feet on them. Great for these chilly nights, they’re a really good long lasting buy, and I shall be passing them down to baby Nia.

Thanks for this! The cuff tip is something useful to watch out for.
I did see some available online- though not the lovely pieces above!

They closed the Cardiff concession at House of Fraser at the beginning of the year. I am quite gutted as their winter clothes have been great with all the cold weather we have had. I did buy my son some fleeces, a raincoat and a winter jacket and I am really pleased as they have kept him really warm and dry.My son is quite short for a 5 year old but size 5-6 does not look too silly on him thanks to the clever design so he will be able to wear it next year. I agree that the sizes are a bit on the big side. My daughter is tall for her 21 months but still wearing 12-18months size and it fits ok: must be designed for tall Swedish kids!
