Ubang at Coo Coo Mashu

Ubang think that the fun of childhood should extend into their clothing. By harnessing children’s boundless imagination, one time theatre designer Ulla Bang Jørgensen has made getting dressed a whole heap of fun. The idea is simple; built into every garment are secret friends just waiting to come out and play.

This Speaking Top is one of the most simple in the range. On each of the sleeves is a face and an internal pocket to allow your child to bring them alive. There is no accounting for what the top might say however… £26 in sizes 2 – 4, 4 – 6 & 6 – 8 years.

I don’t tend to dress ToddlerGeek in pink clothes but for this dress I would definitely make an exception. The Dino Dress is cuteness made wearable. It is a cotton pinafore style dress with a distinctive bold print at the top and on the hem. The hem also conceals two pockets one of which is home to a finger puppet. It is shown here with the speaking top (as above). £30 in sizes 2 – 4, 4 – 6 & 6 – 8 years.

My favourite has to be this Elephant Hand Puppet Top which is ridiculously cute. The left arm is the elephant’s trunk and has a pocket at the end of the sleeve to complete the elephant transformation. They also have a monkey and an octopus which are equally amusing. £30 in sizes 1 – 2, 2 – 4, 4 – 6 & 6 – 8 years.

The Ubang range is fab and includes socks, tights, playsuits and jackets too. You can find a good variety at Coo Coo Mashu.
