Sometimes a toy comes along that’s just too good for kids. The ShapeMaker, created by Brighton-based duo Zoe Miller and David Goodman of design consultancy Silence is one such example.

The brightly coloured building blocks are a hit with children of all ages, but have proved even more popular with parents. There are so many picture permutations that adult fans have been photographing their original creations and posting them on Flickr.
