The Pushchair Track: Small Paul by Paul Frank Bugaboo Chameleon Accessories
I love Small Paul by Paul Frank gear and their collaboration with Bugaboo to provide tailored fabric sets in their famous prints as well as four footmuffs, and two blankets.
I reckon this one slipped off my radar because it seems to have been a US announcement from a couple of months back, with plans for them to go on sale in February 2009.
This makes Bugaboo Chameleon’s seriously exciting because I’m sure they will do even more collaborations giving the opportunity to put some serious style kick into your Bugaboo and differentiate yourself from the gazillions of people with one in the local cafe or park.
Paul Frank is a fantastic collaboration because their graphic prints are distinctive, vibrant, and super cool with the use of their very famous characters Julius and Skurvy who also feature on their children’s and adult clothing, plus Clancy the giraffe and the cheeky skulls.
No word yet on when and if this is going to be on sale in the UK but I did find Mon Petit Bijou who are taking pre-orders and also ship to the UK.
The footmuffs are $159.95, the tailored fabric sets are $129.95, and the blankets re $49.95 each.
They are now available to buy in the UK.

Hey Nat (hehe). They don’t ship to the UK on their Bugaboo products as I checked them out when I was doing the post. It’s buried in the page on shipping. Canada is about as international as they get! I am sure more stores will stock by the time January rolls around so fingers crossed!
Hiya! Well.. the Company PishPosh said they would ship to the UK, but at a shipping rate of $60!!! a bit more than the Blanket Value, So i don’t think i’ll be buying! lol
Also I emailed a Lovely Lady at Bugaboo, whom i’m always bugging about things and she replied this morning to let me know that the Paul Frank Will be available in Europe in March 2009! Hoorah!!! Finally we get a little present thrown our way!
(unsure whether the blankets will be available though as the Standard stoller Blankets WILL NEVER be released in the UK!)

Did you know about the special edition Cameleon in Silver? it was only available in Neimen Marcus stores in the US.. Well I loved it.. and I was also told that this wouldn’t be available in the UK, but will be coming to Ireland and only sold in the Tony Kealy store in Dublin!! If your looking for a Super exclusive Cameleon and not a Paul Frank fan.. this could be a great option?!?!!

PS – have you asked them about using International Priority? It’s what most of my stuff comes in and is mostly about $11.
Does anyone know if the Bugaboo will be upgraded in 2009? I know they upgrade the 2007 model in 2008. We are expecting an arrival in March 09

I’ve convinced the wide for a cameleon but I see there are loads of accessories to go with it.
Question: What are the recommended ones, not the ideal ones but the actual day to day things. I see the footmuff and clips for bags but are there any others? Where is the best place to buy all this kit from as well?

the cameleon wont be upgraded in 2009, it had a few minor changes at the end of 2007, mainly to deal with any niggly service issues (air filled tyres etc)
The paul frank stuff has already been pre ordered by retailers (as its a one off purchase, when its sold its sold type thing) and you can already pre order it from mothercare and some independant stores.
