This is a really pretty and unusual skirt made from the exotic concoction of velvet and tweed. It has a multi coloured velvet at the top, then purple tweed like material in the middle layer and to finish off the bottom it has a bright pink frilly edge, with a wool flower attached to the waist. The waist is elasticated to make it easy to
