Sophie & Lili Dolls

MAGGIE joy doll by sophie and lilli rosa doll by sophie and lilli

I thought I was sick of toys and dolls after the festive season and then I saw these adorable handmade, one-of-a kind dolls by American independent designer Jennifer Vallez of Sophie & Lili in this month’s Junior Magazine. She designs the dolls and digitally prints them onto high quality cotton and uses a mix of vintage and new prints on the back, plus each one is personalised with your child’s name and can even have a personalised message on the tag such as ‘Happy 1st birthday’. They have a bit of retro charm and I particularly love the outfits that feature the stem prints, and their open, smiling expressions with simple features and rosy cheeks. They’re $25 each ($12 for mini versions) and it’s $5 shipping here to the UK. A great first doll to be cherished, I have these bookmarked as a future gift.

These are so lovely that I have ordered 4, 3 for my daughters and 1 for my neice. Also if you join her facebook page she has a 15% discount and there seem to be discounts quite frequently too.
