Smafolk Jacket with Apple Pockets

Natalie writes…

I absolutely love Danish brand Smafolk who do retro baby clothing in some seriously eclectic prints.

I am gutted that they don’t have any of the smaller sizes left of the Smafolk Jacket with Apple Pockets. They only have them in 3-4 (and 5-6) at Otis Me Lotis and it doesn’t look like there will be anymore arriving as they sold out back in Denmark within a few days. Boo! Hiss!

smafolk penguin playsuit

Aside from the scrumptious apple pockets, this will actually transcend autumn winter as you can detach the sleeves and the hood making it great for spring. Suitable for both sexes, the brown with the striped ribbing makes this jacket a head turning hit. £49.99 at Otis Me Lotis.

This penguin playsuit is adorable and another one that seems to be running out of sizes over at Bohemia Design where it’s £17 for sizes 6 or 9 months. There’s also a monkey playsuit (9 months only) and a love bunny playsuit (1,3,6,9 months) amongst others.

smafolk Blanket - Dog & Monkey

As baby blankets go, this Dog and Monkey blanket has got to be one of the coolest I’ve seen. One side is yellow with deep purple monkey’s and the other is a lighter purple with orange and pink puppy dogs. Totally playful and totally hip. Measures 80 X 85 cm and is £30, also at Bohemia Design.

Smafolk are definitely one of those brands that are perfect for the eclectic showoff (that’d be the bambino…OK me) that likes their clothing playful and funky. Oh the temptation….

I LOVE the apple jacket! It looks like it’s come straight from the 70′s, I am sorely tempted to buy one for my bubba, even though she’d have to wait 3 yrs to fit it.
