As soon as I saw bodysuits with silhouettes of one of my favourite chairs, the Charles Eames Rar rocker, taking centre stage on clothing, I knew this was a store to bookmark.
Mimimouse, like a lot of businesses we come across, is a mum run business featuring original, individually hand-screenprinted clothing for children and mums. Web designer Nathalie set up Mimimouse when she struggled to find original t-shirts and decided to try her hand at screenprinting some with her own designs. There’s bodysuits, as well as long and short sleeved t-shirts, and vests and quite a few pieces are in 100% organic cotton.
Aside from the Eames love, there’s the whimsy boy with a dog, the goggle eyed robot, and the cool superboy and supergirl but to name a few, in a variety of colours.
