Happy Table placemats

| October 7, 2010 | 4 Comments

Ok, look away now if you’re not prepared to acknowledge there are only 79 days until *whispers* Christmas, as I have a great gift alert. These customisable placemats from Happy Table are just brilliant. Made from acrylic, they are wipe clean and heat resistant and so versatile. Slip in a family photo or your child’s artwork and it’s a fantastic pressie for grandma, pop in an alphabet, numbers or a map of the world and it’s a lunchtime learning opportunity.

The range of colours is huge and at £9.99 (or £34.99 for a set of four) it’s not going to break the bank. Get the kids painting now and by December you should have enough artwork to personalise mats for the entire family.

Great idea… though you’re scaring me with the christmas countdown!

This is a fab idea, thoughtful, creative and at an affordable choice :-)

Have you seen them in the flesh? Just wondered how they cope with getting filthy or liquid spilling, can it leak in around the edges. I know that daughter would love to eat off her creations, but also devastated if the creation got ruined in situ. Help?!?
