scribble beaker by hennie haworth East London based illustrator Hennie Haworth has racked up quite a client list – Waitrose, Urban Outfitters, The Observer, Time Out, and The New York Times to name but a few. She’s now injected her colourful, contemporary, playful illustrations into a chair, melamine bowls, plates, and beakers, plus stationery and storage as part of her Scribble range exclusively designed for Habitat .

The chair is literally too cool for school with the patchwork of scribbles transforming it from drab to must-have and is suitable from age 3 up to 12. It’s currently reduced to £39.20 from £49 although sadly not available online…yet. Plates and bowls, £2, and beakers £1.50 each. Aside from the line scribbles, there’s the pink squiggle scribbles and there’s also a blue version.

I fear for myself once Habitat starts selling properly online (only furniture at the mo) as my addiction will no longer be managed by having to drag myself to their stores…
