Essential Care Organic Calming Spritz
I love Essential Care products. They may cost a little more but in my opinion they are worth the extra pennies.
I will definitely be adding this Calming Spritz to my labour bag next time around. It is a blend of rose petal water with clary sage and lavender which soothes and calms. You could use it when you are practicing relaxation or hypnobirthing to strengthen the effect.
