Merciful hour! I had no idea that one of my favourite brands, Elodie Details has expanded from their fab footmuffs into blankets of the same print.
I’m a huge fan because they have exquisite prints that immediately add some serious style kudos to your pushchair, pram, or baby. I particularly love their Retro Revolution print pictured which is a nostalgic print of lime green, dark green, and ‘ocean’ which harks back to the 60s.
The Retro Revolution’s ‘Pearl Velvet’ fabric is described as combining “fluffy teddy bear and smooth velvet, but unlike those materials Pearl Velvet has the moisture absorbing abilities needed in baby blankets”. I hope so because my fingers can’t take traditional velvet which gives me the heebee jeebees….
It’s 70 X 100 cm and double layered for extra warmth, and can be chucked into the machine.
£24.99 from Nordic Kids. They have some other equally eclectic prints including a Prince Jolly (pictured right), Lucky Cloves, and Petit Royale. The security blankets are £15.99 in a different fabric.
