Aroma PlayTM
I’ve always thought that play dough smells pretty horrid and then along comes Aroma Play TM. It’s organic, soft, play dough made with natural essential oils for a pleasant smell and designed to be absorbed through the skin whilst playing. Each colour of bright dough has different oils.
* Brainy! - a sunshine yellow dough containing organic Grapefruit and Lemon essential oils to help improve concentration and focus
* Happy! - a fire engine red dough containing organic Mandarin and Lime essential oils to help uplift and banish grumpiness
* Harmony! - a juicy orange coloured dough containing organic Sweet Orange essential oil to help restore balance
* Sleepy! - a beautiful sky blue dough containing organic Lavender essential oil, to help with quiet, restful play and encourage peaceful sleep
* Sneezy! - a grass green dough containing organic Eucalyptus and Tea Tree essential oils to help with wheezes and sneezes
I think that this is a fantastic idea!
Suitable for one year plus.Editors note:since this was originally posted, the info about the product has changed on the site with no actual indication of age and a reader has now informed me that the product says for age 3+.

I bought some of this and the tub is actualy labelled as not suitable for ages 0-3. :0(

Hi Kat. Was beavering away when I saw your comment come through! I am really sorry to hear this - I have just looked on the site and they have changed the text about it but I will actually make a point of contacting them. Have you asked if it can be returned? I will also amend the post :-0 Any probs I will let you know what they say. x
I emailed them today so we shall see…
OK well I’ll also give them a call as they did originally have that info and even with the changed text they are still being vague about the age. I am very sorry!
It’s hardly your fault! The Aroma Play website has no mention of age and it is not exactly obvious from the tub either.

This is Tim from newbabybaskets.co.uk. I think there has been a little confusion - we have only listed the Aroma Play product once and we have not changed the text since. The product is in our 1+ Toys section which is our general section for toys for older children (we sell mainly baby gifts on the rest of our site). Our product information is taken directly from Aroma Play’s website, which does not specifically state that the product is not suitable for under 3s, but as pointed out, there is a tiny CE logo on the underside of the tub which points out that the product would not be suitable due to the choking hazard as a result of consuming the play dough, and so we will be updating our site accordingly. I am sorry for any confusion this has caused.

Thanks for taking the time to come here and clear up the confusion. It is very much appreciated and it is unfortunate that Aroma Play are not clearer about the intended user of their product as it’s better to find out these things before the money has been spent.
