I’ve sworn that I’m going on an owl diet (that’s featuring them not eating them) and then I saw these adorable owl cut and sew hand puppet kits, £6.50, featuring the illustrations of Alice Melvin. The rich, detailed patterns give her owls high standout and should you not feel like doing the whole puppet thang, you can always get one of her equally cool t-shirts, £12.50, in sizes from 2-3 years and onwards.

My Gran was always a big owl fan – every birthday and Christmas we would scour the shops for anything in the shape of an owl. She died five years ago and every time I see an owl I think lovely things about her
Owls I think have a lot of sentimentality for a lot of people. That and the fact they have been made super cool by adorning so many retro, vintage, and contemporary products. Thanks for sharing.
