Vintage Fisher Price at Firebox
I may not have been around in the 60s or 70s but these iconic Fisher Price toys certainly featured heavily in my childhood. These retro classics are not originals but brand new re-released models which are ready for a whole new generation of kids. I absolutely adored the record player when I was a child and am having a serious attack of the wanties just looking at it again!
Prices are from £14.99 – £29.99 from Firebox.

My wonderful mum has kept all my old Fisher Price stuff and now my own children LOVE the record player (like the pic) the hospital, the circus train and best of all the cash register. And being Fisher Price it’s absolutely indestructable decades later! Is there a Nobel prize for children’s toys?

@ Jenny – can I come around to play?
The rest of you are doing nothing for my resolve not to spend money!

The record player is one of my favourite toys from my childhood. In fact I had all of these! I have one of their original radio clock toys and one of their school sets with all the cards and letters – ebay.

Oh fantastic: have been trying to get a second hand ['vintage'] record player on Ebay for ages, but the prices are always ridiculous!

I have recently got my baby girl the original vintage version of the phone and the updated version – she’s going to love them when she’s a bit older. Had no idea they were releasing other, I loved the record player!

The record player, the chatter phone, the pull along dog – but like you my favourite was the record player!
