The Pushchair Track: Maclaren’s Juicy Couture Pushchair

| May 26, 2009 | 1 Comment

Maclaren Juicy Couture PushchairIf you follow your celebrity gossip, you may recognise this Juicy Couture pushchair for Maclaren from recent pictures of Salma Hayek, her husband, and 19 month old daughter Valentina Paloma out and about in Saint Tropez.

At £300, this is se-ri-ous high end Maclaren and like other pushchairs from their Objects of Design collection (we’ve featured the Lulu Guinness and the iconic Butchers Stripe), this pushchair caters to those that want the functionality of a lightweight, umbrella fold but don’t want to compromise on style.

Looking blinged up and ‘Jenny from the block’, as we’ve come to expect from all things Juicy Couture, it has the signature espresso brown and crystal pink striped print with a reversible crystal pink velour liner. There’s a custom embroidered “Juicy Princess” logo with a gold metallic printed crown, and the high performance aluminium frame has a dusky rose finish.

Featuring all of the features you’ve come to expect – lightweight at 6.3 kg suitable from birth to 3 years, compact one hand fold, ergonomically optimised, 4 positions to name but a few – you can lift it another notch by adding the matching faux fur lined footmuff for £80. This is a bit blingy for my tastes but will undoubtedly be a hit with die hard fashonistas.

Available from Kiddicare .
