You know we’re weak for a spot of melamine dinnerware, so when these unbelievably cute pieces popped up in our inbox, we were bowled (yeah yeah couldn’t resist) over. French toymaker Ebulobo has used their characters Louloup Wolf, Little Bear and Little Red who usually adorn their toys to create playful bowls and plates all [...]
Skip Hop melamine plate & bowl sets
You know we’re weak for some cool melamine here at BG and combined with our love of all things Skip Hop, it’s taking serious restraint not to add this to our burgeoning collection of dining gear. Embracing the characters from their Zoo lunchies and backpacks, I think it goes without saying that while all are [...]
Rice Melamine
I heart Rice. Simple as that, from the first time I clapped eyes on their brightly coloured homewares I was smitten. Despite being decidedly distinctive in style it doesn’t seem to turn your home into an identikit version of everyone else’s but brings quirk and colour into your life. Miniamo Melamine Tableware
A cupboard full of melamine seems to be an essential when you have young children. I have found that it is either covered in characters or expensive so I was really pleased to find Miniamo. They sell stacks of melamine tableware in either bright or pastel colours. They sell stacks of four bowls, plates or [...]

I have been eyeing some melamine baby dining wear at Zara Home kids but I am lusting over this Not Neutral dining set. 100% melamine (they say it’s “the finest melamine”) and made in Thailand, each set has six pieces…. Fab but breakable!I am keeping my fingers crossed that they start to stock more Not Neutral products.
