Breastvest

I must admit I’m not too fussed about buying breastfeeding ‘attire’ as I prefer to wear as much of my normal clothing as possible, so aside from ‘accessibility’, my chief concern is actually making sure I’m not showing off my tummy (really, I must start exercising properly instead of hoofing down eclairs) and so I [...]

August 4, 2009 by Natalie · 6 Comments
Whilst I’ve bought some maternity clothing in the past, I’ve never bought breastfeeding tops because until now, many just weren’t in my style. But I shall be having a finger clicking good time at Mama Feels Good, where they have original, graphical (and some plain) tees for both maternity and breastfeeding (there’s a hidden under [...]

July 9, 2009 by Natalie · 2 Comments
I went to a wedding with the boyf and baby Nia recently and I don’t know if it was the heat or the chiffon number I was wearing, but I experienced se-ri-ous leakage that day and felt like an overturned milk lorry! That’s why the concept of The Milk-Saver by US company Milkies had me [...]

They come in a [...]
Booby Tubes
November 6, 2008 by Natalie · Leave a Comment
There were a few nights when I was breastfeeding when I would wake up in the night clutching myself in agony and willing the bambino to wake up so I could relieve my breasts of their pain. I’ve heard that cold cabbage is very soothing, it’s just that when I’ve needed it, I’ve never had [...]

August 14, 2008 by Natalie · Leave a Comment
Natalie writes… I didn’t really understand why someone would want a nursing necklace until the bambino’s pastime of playing with my chain whilst breastfeeding turned into my head being yanked down in a chokehold with my precious chain in her little fists! Then I saw the point – If you’re going to yank my chain, [...]

Dr Brown’s Natural Flow Feeding System
April 3, 2008 by Natalie · Leave a Comment
I have several friends who had colicky and refluxy (I think I made that word up) babies which can be a pretty horrendous time ,so my interest is peaked by anything that offers the opportunity to reduce or even eliminate these issues…. and I have seen several bottle brands that profess to reduce colic but what has generally been absent is what these bottles actually do in order to achieve this.
dreamgenii support pillow
I wish I’d had one of these in the last couple of months of my pregnancy. Sleeping was a bit of a mare where I struggled to get comfortable and my wedge wasn’t quite enough. I looked at a variation of this at the time but thought it would take up loads of space in [...]
