I love spacehoppers and suprisingly, even at one years old, babies are fascinated by them even though they can’t hop on. When I see them in shops, it’s all I can do to restrain myself from hopping on one, but I have to say, I’m not as agile as I used to be… Anyway, lots [...]

Worthit! Ball Pit and Paddling Pool

This particular one in submarine style can actually be filled with balls or water and even before I started pumping it up (you definitely need a pump), the bambino lay across it in excitement…. It’s excellent value at £10 (I’ve heard ‘rumours’ of a pirate ship version available at Sainsbury’s for around a fiver but could find no trace of it online and I don’t live near one) and the pack of 100 balls (yes I had to pick up 100 balls from my floor) are £4.99 by Chad Valley.
