If you want to apply your quest for the unusual to your babies bath tub and you don’t mind splashing out €149, look no further than the Sweet Cake Tub which looks like a giant fairy cake case. Unsurprisingly, they’re a Dutch design made from 6 cm thick plastic making them suitable for the outdoors too. With lots of cheeky, novelty appeal but without compromising on practicality and usage lifespan, aside from a bath, they can be used as pet baskets, little paddling pools, sand pits, or even a plant pot so their purpose doesn’t end when your child makes the leap to the ‘big bath’. For cupcake loving mums-to-be, I could see one of these full of gifts lined up with yummy cupcakes….
They’re also available in white if green’s not your thang.
