Rose Cottage Boxes – Stunning Decoupaged ‘Useful’ Boxes

When we were at Bubble, the kids fashion trade show last weekend, we spotted a divine car storage box (currently sold out) accessorising the Kind Hearts Clothing stand and immediately demanded to know who was behind them.

Rose Cottage Boxes are the creations of Somerset mum and designer Becks Collette, who is doing a divine turn in handmade decoupaged boxes in a dazzling array of patterns. Working with local crafters, she also has a sustainable ethos from how the wood is sourced to the bleach free papers and using water based sweetshop coloured paints on the interiors. There’s floral, retro, kitsch, divine birds and some have a distinct Liberty-esque vibe. With several sizes to choose from, with some having compartments, these are covetable, original pieces. From £6 for a baby box to £59 for an extra large box.
