Personalised Baby Gifts from Illustratemyname

March 27, 2009 by · 1 Comment

As a child, personalised meant having my name on a tacky old bedroom door plaque bought on holiday in Cornwall. Nowadays, you can personalise everything from bibs to teddy bears. Illustratemyname is a website which does personalisation tastefully.

Vintage Wall Letter Stickers

Vintage Wall Letter Stickers say it loud and proud in wild west style vintage font. You can mix and match these 20cm vinyls, which come in an array of thirteen colours, to spell out whatever you please. From £6 each for 3 letters rising to £42 for 7 letters.

Knitted Bunting

Each square of this Knitted Bunting is hand-knitted and decorated with assorted buttons. Very sweet. Choose from four colour combinations with pinks for girls and blues for boys. 3 letters are £15, 8 letters are £40.

Letter Cushions

It would only take one of these Letter Cushions to make a statement – and it’s probably a good job too at £52 each. There are ten fabric choices in spots and ginghams, all with that vintage feel. The non-allergenic filling is springy enough for the letters to stand alone. If 35.6cm high isn’t big enough for you, they also come in giant size, measuring almost 1m tall for £150.

(Are parents of off-spring with short names now doing a high-five?)
