Nubie

A positive haven for design junkies, Nubie is home to some of the finest examples of nursery design as well as gorgeous clothing and lifestyle accessories. Launched in 2008, it’s fast become one of our very firm favourites and has quickly grown into a robust boutique covering off lots of product categories.

Why we love it: The stores we love the most have a habit of being full of too much temptation and Nubie is no different. Keeping their finger firmly on the style pulse, they’re constantly on the sniff for high design. They’ve got an amazing nursery furniture section with divine cots, storage, wallpaper, wall stickers, and soft furnishings and we look forward to trawling to see what’s new. Since late 2009, they’ve also developed a really busy toy section full of wonderful treats.

What are they great for buying: If we’re forced to choose something it has to be nursery gear. Both Natalie the founder and contributor Lu bought their Brio cots from there, plus we own Offi lighting, Skip Hop storage, Magis chairs, toy box and the list goes on!
