Morrck Baby Hoodies

morrck baby hoodieBy gum, it’s cold out, and no matter how cold I am, I’m always aware that the Little One is probably even colder since she’s lying still in her buggy, not walking briskly like I am. She has sadly outgrown her Bug in a Rug (noooo!) and I thought I’d have a look around before I bought a replacement; see if I could find something equally snuggly to get us through the long dark days until Spring has sprung.

Imagine my delight upon finding baby hoodies from Morrck. Even just looking at the pics makes me feel all warm and toasty.

The idea is that it’s like a huge fleecy blanket, with a hat, and with holes for the harness in your pushchair / carseat. Perfect.

It’s available in baby sizes 0 – 5 months and 4 – 18 months, but also in a larger size that fits from 18 months to 4 years! (Sadly, unlike the Moccis, they’re not yet available in adult sizes. The Morrck website even tells you, rather strictly, that they’re not recommended for use with adult seatbelts. Oh well.)

I have to say I prefer the colours available in the larger size: a rather distinguished charcoal lined with a zingy lime (pictured, right), turquoise, or fuchsia jersey. Handily, Morrck also do a ‘design your own’ option meaning that you can choose to have these colours on any size.
