Minor Edition

For a slightly quirky remix of classically styled dresses, you must check out the pieces from Minor Edition which I first heard about via Zoe who took part in our first Our Family Life feature.
Featuring all original, limited editions, designer mama Ipshita has created unusual batik prints as well as classic, retro options like polka dots mixed with detailing like oversized bows and buttons, and contrast trims on the pockets. Cool buys include the olive green and lavender batik print dress mixed with silk, £19.99, which is part of the new tomatoandolive collection plus my absolute favourite, the 1950s style polka dot which is actually from her summer collection and currently a winning £9.99. They’re lined, ethically made in small runs and you can layer with tights and long sleeve tee’s underneath.
Really affordable, Minor Edition is also especially appealing if you don’t go in for the popping brights and offbeat prints of Scandi brands but still want a contemporary edge to your traditional styles.

Would love to look at the dresses as they look fab but cannot get in. Keep trying to register but keeps asking for passwords and then rejecting them!
Keep up the great work though BG you are my point of reference for anything and everything small xx
