Mini World Mat by Habitat

I took an instant shine to this handwoven mini world mat from one of my favourite offline stores, Habitat.

Made from 100% wool, the colours are rich and the continents are raised and the clever design gives it a three dimensional feel that lifts the mat.

It’s 90cm in diameter so it’s not a teeny tiny mat and I think this is the type that will fit in with a variety of nursery and playroom styles. There’s also another design which has a navy sea and covers most of the other side of the globe not seen on this rug, but isn’t quite as cool as this one.

£39 in store at Habitat. And no…they still don’t sell online…they just ‘display’…
