Melissa and Doug Band in a Box

Music and rhythm are fundamental to children’s development. Always on the look out for nice wooden instruments, I’m loving this classic set of percussion instruments by Melissa & Doug. The set contains: two maracas, a tambourine, two cymbals, a clacker, tone blocks and a triangle all in a wooden box. It is basically a mini version of the grown up instruments and no plastic in sight. They definitely look like they’ll take some knocks which is just as well when we’re talking about toddlers.
