I know I love something when I instantly start trying to mentally reconfigure my plan for the girls redesigned bedroom… Then the voice of sensibility (shopping doom), the boyf, chimes in telling me to behave myself… Anyway! I LOVE these new multifunctional storage units by Brit furniture designers Little Childs.

I featured their cool, contemporary toy boxes and just like them, these new nursery rhyme storage units Meeny, Miny, and Moe are made to order in the UK with ethically sourced, high quality Finnish plywood that’s been painted with child friendly paint from the Little Greene Paint Co.

The latest units are based on the toybox design and they use a hinge mechanism that’s child friendly and can be arranged and used in various ways. So for instance, the Moe unit can be used as a wardrobe or turned on its side to become a trunk for toys. The Miny units are the stacked small units (on the left hand side of the unit pictured on the left or in green below) and can be front opening or placed on their back to be top opening.
