Make Your Own: Owl Invitations

I had a big plan for today’s post (which will just have to wait until later) but when I saw these cute as a button owl party invites I just had to share them with you right away.

If you’re not familiar with Natasha of Nevie-Pie Cakes then let me introduce you. Natasha is a supremely talented baker and decorates her wares with exquisite hand painted images. I’m not alone in my adoration of her goodies and you will find her cakes and biscuits in Selfridges where she will also be personalising cakes during their Christmas launch this Friday.

Anyhow, back to the owl invites. Natasha shared this great tutorial and free download template on her blog, Amelie’s House this week. I love folded invitations as they are so much fun to receive. I like the idea that you could make these together and I think they would make excellent greetings cards or thank yous as well.
