Make Your Own: No-Sew Socktopus
I discovered this cute, simple project for a no-sew socktopus over on Pinterest – perfect for non-sewing, marine-obsessed families like mine. It’s based on original socktopuses, pictured, by London-based Etsian Hello Clementine that are sadly no longer for sale. Luckily, Jill over at One Good Thing has created an easy-to-follow pictorial tutorial so you’ll soon have an ocean’s worth of soft cephalopods. And that’s got to be a good thing. All you need is a sock, string, stuffing and some eyes (felt or googly), making it the perfect spontaneous rainy day activity.

Me too – I might even try it tomorrow if this weather’s here to stay.

I know! I’m going to make a few little ones as seem to have loads of odd baby socks.
