Made to Measure Kids Growstick

This super cool yard stick height chart was found via hot tipster Meetali in Norway. It is a colourful solution to the age old dilemma of where to record your children’s growth – on the door frame or not? If we record their height on the door frame it is part of the fabric of our family home and heritage but, you can never freshen the paint work and what happens when you move?

The Made to Measure kids growstick is made from beech and fixed together with brass rivets. It folds out to a length of two metres and can be fixed to the door frame or wall. It is just 1.6 cm wide and designed to record the growth of one child. The graduated colours really appeal to me and I can see them looking really funky side by side for siblings. Of course when you move or redecorate they are easy to remove and fold up for easy storage.
