Luxury Organic Nappy Cake from Bowbelle

The centre piece of many baby showers state side is a nappy cake. You don’t eat it – it’s a cake-shaped tower of nappies and newborn clothes.

I’m pleased to have found a UK version which is also eco-friendly. This is what you get: approx 27 Eco Disposable nappies, two Earth Friendly Baby products, an Organic Cotton Sleepsuit, Organic Cotton Bodysuit and an organic chocolate treat for mama and topped with a Wee Willy Winky Hat. The Nappy Cake is finished by being wrapped in cellophane and hand tied with ribbon.

This is a pretty generous pile of gifts. My only reservation would be that they don’t name the brand of nappy; some eco disposables are not brilliant.
