Lil’ Giant tricycle

What with everyone having a scooter these days, tricycles are beginning to look just a wee bit old-fashioned. Nobody wants their child to look like a relic from the Victorian age… but when you look at the Lil’ Giant tricycle, all doubts go out the window.

Robust enough to last you through a few kids (NOT the case with scooters, we sadly found out the other day), these babies have room for one on the saddle and a playmate riding on the footplate. Plus they get young riders used to the whole pedals/handlebars/steering malarkey with even fewer tilts and turns than a bike with stabilisers.

Wiggle, a bike shop thought of very well by the ‘proper’ bike riders I know, has these in for £90.00 (and free delivery), and if you don’t like the strict pink/blue colour coding (I sure don’t, and you won’t if you’re planning on handing these down), there’s a silver option too.
