Who doesn’t love bunting? Its return to the mainstream has been a storm and seen it break through from a party accessory into a decoration stalwart. Seen in many a fashionable nursery bunting is a great way to add colour and personality with very little effort or expense. When I spotted this bunting from Etsy seller le jeune it was an instant love affair. She takes vintage books and uses their colourful illustrations to create paper bunting garlands. You can choose from authors such as Dick Bruna, Richard Scarry and Dr Seuss. Prices are from $10 for garlands and worldwide shipping is just $3.50. There are heaps more vintage treats in the shop so it is well worth browsing if you’re looking for some affordable vintage art for the nursery.
