Laurie the Lion

I think this is possibly my favourite thing I’ve ever found for BG. Not only is he drop-dead gorgeous, Laurie the Lion has fantastic ethical credentials – he’s hand made in Columbia from cotton and ‘shipped slowly by sea to Cornwall’, clocking up zero air miles. If his looks and funky dreadlocked mane seem a little retro, that’s because he was originally designed in the 60s but, because each lion is hand-made, yours will be unique to you. Big enough to sit on and endlessly huggable, toy/cushion hybrid Laurie is pretty much guaranteed to put a smile on the face of any child.
