Hot Store! Dotty Dot

Rainbow Music BellsBug Bonz

Ah…I love a new virtual shopping hangout full of eye candy and temptation and Dotty Dot, an online store focused on design-led toys, books, decor and soft furnishing, is ticking both of these boxes. With cute and whimsy bags by Japanese favourite Shinzi Katoh, beautiful wooden toys by Naef and Alexander Girard, edgy soft toys by Brit favourite Donna Wilson as well as her trays and cushions, quirky magnets, arty books for discerning kids, wall stickers from French company Domestic, cashmere blankets by Roam, and much more, this is definitely one to bookmark. Very cool!

There were too many delights to speak of but the Rainbow Music Bells, £13.99, are eight mini bells that come in a perspex box with each one ringing a different note, with a music sheet of four colour-coded popular nursery rhymes for you (and your tot) to play.

I also like the set of Bug Bonz, £18.50, which has 21 anatomically incorrect pieces that are ‘insecty, beetly, buggy, sparkly and shiny’ and they can be interconnected to create all sorts of moveable and posable make-believe animals.

This is a lovely shop selling unusual toys, books and things for Mummy.
I love the cashmere blankets from Roam, the Donna Wilson creatures and the Naef rattles. It also sells the award winning Sophie the Giraffe soother.
There is always a warm welcome from the owner Fiona
