Hot News! Moccis Soon Available in Adult Sizes
Elli writes…The fabulous Moccis have been raved about before on Bambino Goodies, not once, but twice.
In short, they are just about the best indoor baby shoes you can find. Being part-sock, they are almost impossible to wiggle out of; the soft leather sole keeps them slip-free; they’re machine washable (yes, really!) and on top of that, super stylish with cute, colourful designs to choose from.
My favourite of the six designs is ‘Rock N Roll’ – black with white stars and the trademark gold star at the heel. My baby daughter was lucky enough to unwrap a pair on Christmas day so imagine my excitement when I spotted a message on the Moccis website that this particular design will soon be available in adult sizes – visions of the two of us, toasty-footed, in matching Moccis… (And no, matchy-matchy is not naff when a product is this cool!)
The inside scoop is this (bear with me, here’s the science bit): from February, ‘Rock N Roll‘ will be available in European adult sizes 36/37 and 38/39 for the first time.
For diehard Moccis fans, there are more new children’s sizes to look out for. ‘Puppy Love‘ and ‘Cool in Pink‘ will be available in a 26/27 and a 28/29 as well as diddy newborn size 16/17. Cute!
To be first in the queue for the adult sizes, email Moccis via their website. This is also the place to get your Moccis direct, at just £15 a pair.
Unfortunately, for this size 41-er, the dream of matching mum and baby will have to remain just that for now… Go buy on my behalf and keep my dream alive!

I was in Boots over Christmas and noticed they’d done their own version of these (which means they must be good, the high street doesn’t copy rubbish!) in red and white polka dots and stripes. They were with the slippers and things, but out and about I have seen a cruising baby wearing them as soft shoes. I was in Boots again this weekend and they have a new version out in green with bright stripes to match their new boys range for spring.
