I spotted the Viking inspired Herzensart about a year ago on Etsy and have been dying to get some of their limited edition melamine plates ever since. Sandra Monat’s creations have bags of character and she has produced work inspired by Vikings, the Wild West and recently a line called Little Britain. Her collection of melamine plates is based around Vikings with resplendent moustaches and are the kind of design I am happy to pay a little extra for.I am absolutely loving the multi sided rubber stamps which would be great for personalising stationary or even clothing.
She also creates one of a kind plush toys which are sizable and have the most hilarious expressions on their faces. They are definitely an investment piece as a Viking like the one above will set you back 110 Euros.
The plates start at 14 Euros with larger plates at 16.90 Euros. You can buy directly from Herzensart or Anorak have two of the plate designs at £15 each in their shop.
