   Lovely! It would be great if BG ever does a feature on kid’s birthday parties…my son turns 4 & I am struggling to work out a cool shark themed (his wish!) activity filled but not too expensive solution without wrecking our tiny house…

     Hi Julia,

     Thanks for the suggestion! I have emailed to Lucy who is our theme wizard. I always have Milla’s birthday parties at the local park which provides lots of activity in itself. I lay a treasure hunt with small flags around the park to some kind of prize which they can all share. We get everyone to bring a blanket and make a picnic buffet. We have been lucky with the weather so far! Another thrifty thing I do is to split the party with a friend so we each only do half as much as we would otherwise.

     I think you are right – I will turn this into a post.
