Grubbies denim childrenswear

I’ve been dying to tell you about this hot new Brit label ever since Nat and I clocked their gorgeous wares at Bubble back in January. And now, finally, you can get your grubby little hands on your very own Grubbies. The collection is largely denim, with four dungarees-based styles. 1 Gummies, £28, are super-soft chambray rompers with a choice of coloured zip, available in sizes from newborn to 18 months (I have already earmarked a pair for Kitty). 2 Originals, £40, are exactly what you’d imagine – classic denim dungies with cool contrast piping and embroidery, available up to age 4. 3 Outlaws, £42, are a baggier dungarees and my personal favourites with their unashamedly retro styling. 4 And finally… Prairie, £32, is a mega-cute denim pinafore with toffee-coloured zip. You’ll also find two bandanas, designed by book illustrator Marion Lindsay. Everything is designed and made in Great Britain. Dungarees are fabulous, but also have a definite age limit, so, kids, take my advice and wear them while you can.
