Geo Stacking Lorry

One of Monty’s favourite birthday gifts was the Santoys Geo Matching Lorry (above). He has been crawling around the house pushing it along all weekend. The cargo of the lorry is a set of 20 flat blocks which fit onto four differently shaped pegs which gives the toy a dual purpose. £17.99 from Little Wooden Wonders. Age 2+
If the bold primary colours of the Santoy version are not to your tastes then take a look at the almost indiscernible Janod Shape Sorting Lorry (below) which is identical in all but the paint job. I have to say the delicate graduation of colour does appeal to me but the jury is out on whether it is worth an extra tenner. £28.95 from Revilo Toys. Age 18 months +
