Coping with Sweat During and Post Pregnancy: Mitchum
September 14, 2008 by Natalie · Leave a Comment
I have never been a sweater so when I found myself pregnant and clammy, and a new mum with sweaty Betty issues, I tried about 10 different deodorants, both sprays and roll on’s, including organic, and the only deodorant I recommend is Mitchum.
Apparently it gives up to 48 hours of protection (why you would need that I’m not sure, although that could be handy in a long labour…but still…) and this deodorant has skills! No sweating, no clamminess, no irritation (I had a terrible time with expensive organic deodorant that burnt my skin…) and really good value.
It can be upwards of £3 for a bottle of roll-on, but there are always offers and I just got some in Waitrose for about £1.75. It comes in a range of fragrances and now that I think about it, it doesn’t stain up my clothes either. Result!
If you’ve been having sweaty issues during pregnancy or afterwards, seriously, try Mitchum. Even the boyf is using it.
