I’ve also downloaded “Preschool Music” (by 3DAl) which both my 18mo and 4yo love – the singing sheep are the 18mo’s favourite (and always make me laugh), and my 4yo likes the percussion fish. Can’t remember how much this was, but it’s been well worth it so far!

These are great! I’ve also got Crayon Doodle which is a simple drawing app which keeps the 4yo amused.

Yey Jack loves this app and is particularly useful for car journeys or restaurants! It never ceases to amaze me though watching my 3 year old work my iphone – scary!
So yep this app is well worth it – when hes not using that hes asking me for the Barclaycard waterslide advert on YouTube!!

I have a couple of iPhone apps for my 2.5 year old plays with them, really useful if stuck in a queue somewhere with no toys & a requirement to entertain toddler! I am pretty sure all mine were free apps too – I have Hatch by Grocery Store Games at Phodder.com, kids have to tap the egg to crack it and inside is an animal, thats it easy as but my H loves it! I have also have “Colours” by Toddler Teasers and also “Shapes” by the same people – this presents different colours or shapes and asks the child to pick the “blue one” or the “square” etc. when they get it right they get a round of applause and then get to pick a sticker and put it on the page. I also have Bug Squash by Faster Than Monkeys – bugs crawl across the screen and you guessed it the toddler has to the squash them!
