How do I get my store or product featured?

In the interests of fairness, particularly to those who support the site with advertising, anybody who sends in a request will be added to a list which is not a guarantee of being featured. The sheer volume of enquiries that we get through means that we cannot respond personally to all requests.

But I want to be featured before I advertise!

Sorry but after working in media for more than 10 years, the volume of people who say they will advertise if they get featured and the volume that do are hugely disparate. Press coverage and advertising are two very different things and considering that we have advertising that starts at around £50 a month, we have a limit to how much free ‘advertising’ we are prepared to do.

Link requests

We don’t do link exchanges so please don’t ask. You are more than welcome to let us know about your site, but we choose what goes on our link lists/shop guide.

Can I send you a product to be reviewed?

If you would like to send product(s) to be reviewed or find out more info, please email us at team at bambinogoodies.co.uk. You need to state what product(s) you are looking to be reviewed and how long you can lend them to us for. Ideally product needs to be with us for a minimum of 14 days and you’re responsible for return of the product so you will need to supply paid postage.

Can I give you a competition prize and get details of your mailing list?

No. We don’t share our data under any circumstances.

I can’t afford to advertise – Can I give you a competition prize instead?

There is advertising to suit all budgets starting at from £50 a month. However, if you do want to do a competition, you generally need to supply £150 worth of competition product. We run competitions on an ad hoc basis.

I would like to provide a discount code

There is a charge for running discount codes and is £30-£60 to list. The minimum discount code value is 10%.

Can I send press releases?

Please only send press releases to press at bambinogoodies.co.uk unless you already have an established relationship with the site. If you have no prior dealings with us, don’t send attachments, especially large ones. Please ask permission before adding email addresses to your mailing list and one email will more than suffice…

I would like to work with BG on some joint marketing activity – do you do this?

Yes we do but this is more of a recent thing and tends to be with companies that a relationship has already been established with.

Can we use your posts on our site?

Yes but please credit them with a link back to BG and preferably directly to the page/post in question rather than the homepage.

Can you write an article/blog post for my site? I would like some advice on how to market my site/optimise it. Can you offer me some advice?

Yes but you would need to pay for this as we work on a consultancy basis with clients.
