Collégien slipper socks
We’re pretty loyal fans of Moccis (the super-cool Swedish-style moccasins) here at BG – both Natalie and I packed the adult star-spangled ones in our hospital bags – but recently our heads have been turned by Collégien’s slipper socks.
Made in France since 1947, the ergonomically designed, patented footwear oozes Gallic chic, is suitable from the age of one and comes in a myriad of prints and patterns. I love the ‘Zoo’ tiger design, ‘Bakelite’ floral print and, of course, ‘Calypso’ with its cute combo of owl and stripes, all at €21 a pair. They also come in more understated block colours and stripes and in grown-up sizes for €28, plus €13 shipping to the UK.
