Birth-ease Birth Ball

I was dubious about birthing balls until I sat on one and felt comfortable for the first time in weeks.

Birthing balls help back pain and discomfort, optimal foetal positioning and prenatal exercise during pregnancy. During labour you can use it to help cope with contractions and to support your active birth positions.

Birth-ease Birthing BallThe Birth-ease ball not only looks good it is super safe too. Tested to 300kg (no-one has that much baby weight!) it is also non-slip and anti-burst.

The ball comes in two sizes so you can pick the right one for your height. I definitely recommend getting a pump - you can’t blow it up properly without one.

Balls start at £15.99 and pumps at £2 all from Birth-ease.
