BG Baby Arrival Announcement: Kat’s Had a Boy!

Regular BG readers will have noticed that key contributor Kat hasn’t been around for the last while as she started her maternity leave at the beginning of this year to wind down and prepare for the birth of her second child.
I’m excited to announce that Montague Christopher Ernest who has already become quickly known as Monty, was born last Tuesday 3rd March at 11.44am weighing in at an impressive 10lbs 1/2 oz!
She’s finally back home (it was the ‘ole slice and dice so she was in for a few days) and has quickly settled into her newly expanded family and was on email to me just under an hour after she got home!

Wow 10 and a half pounds, good job it was a slice and dice! Mine were tiddlers in comparison (6&1/2 and 7&1/2) Send Kat my best and I hope the Thruppeny Bits (all of them) are coming in useful and not too pink! (she’ll know what I mean o-: Melissa x

my Sophie was 10lbs 6oz! such chunks aren’t they!!
I hope you recover from the C/section well, My mum gave me arnica tabs every day for a month, and It really really helped with the healing (and the bruising from housing such a big bubba!!!)
