People Tree Square Neck Geometric Print DressPeople Tree Kansas Fagotting

When I speak to my various mama friends and readers, it seems that many of you don’t shop very much for yourselves so I thought it only right that I give myself license to keep an eye out for some chiconomy buys for a wardrobe boost.

These two dresses are by fair trade label People Tree at John Lewis. The square neck striking geometric print dress is super flattering and very on trend. Available in sizes 10-16, use the belt to add more definition and avoid looking boxy. It’s £29 down from £58. I’m also loving the hand embroidered subtle A-line dress now £38 down from £75, although only size 10′s are left.

Wifey spent £55 on a people tree at john lewis dress recently. It was lovely and after about 5 wears/washes it went back for a full refund. It just wasn’t colour fast, even a low temperature. The inside looked nice and vibrant but the outside looked about 5 years old, it was that faded. The speed at which JL refunded it might suggest a rogue batch…

OOOOOOHHHH! Tis good to know this type of thing. That’s very odd carry on as it’s not the type of thing I expect from JL. I must say, I am very impressed that you know so much about the dress, label and all! Was it the same dress shown in the pic?!

It was a different dress, not either of those pictured. People Tree stuff is generally really good in our experience.
