The bambino is one tomorrow!

I can’t believe she’s been here for a year already, farting, rustling, blowing snot bubbles, and destroying the house, all with a cheeky, goofy smile and a load of back chat. I can’t believe that this time last year I was off my face on pethidene and gas and air, pretending to be Craig David in Bo Selecta (it was the catheter that got me started with that)… Anyway…. On Monday I’ll be featuring our gift selection (if I tell you now she might find out…). The food cupboards are bare this week (joke…) after stocking up from Lula Sapphire, Little Baby Company, Amazon (I swear I have an unhealthy addiction to that place), The Hedgepig, and Cloudberry Living(I ended up buying a much needed vase whilst I was it and she’s already tried to bust it up!). Me thinks the boyf is going to be asking some questions about how much was spent, but of course, there was a half price sale That’s what I always say!

A new blog is born! Bambino Goodies Budget!

Last week I mentioned how I kept hearing those blasted words “credit crunch” being bandied around by the newspapers and tales of parents feeling the pinch, needing to budget, and having to buy second hand baby goods. Well Budget Bambino Goodies is up and running!

It meets the needs of parents who are looking to save a few pounds, but want some style and function in their products too. Brenda, Bambino Goodies contributor and Miss I Can Smell a Bargain From Fifty Paces will be focusing her efforts over there. Get over there now!

I have been filling up our little store with fabulous finds from the online giant who, by the way, have a pretty huge range of some of my favourite, often difficult to find brands like Plan Toys and Pintoy.
